BSA Advancement Requirements by Rank (2013)

Any scout who has completed a merit badge must turn in the completed merit badge card, signed by the merit badge counselor, Mr. Martino, the Scoutmaster and Mrs. Goldberg, the Advancement Chairperson.

The Court of Honor is a time to formally recognize our scouts for their achievements. Family and friends are always welcome!
